Monica Scott Haynes was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. The middle of three children. She began her model and acting career later in life. In 2012 after her (then) young daughter, Hayden, expressed interest in modeling, Monica got the opportunity to join her daughter. Monica fell into the industry acting and modeling as Hayden’s “real mom” in a number of ads. After dabbling in the field part-time, Monica took a leap of faith and quit her 15-year corporate gig to go full-time in the business.

Monica’s “big break” came when she landed a recurring background role as a secret service agent on the hit Netflix series “House of Cards”. She got the itch for more TV/film acting roles, but commercial acting is where her heart was. As a Marketing major in college, Monica also obtained her M.B.A. with a concentration in Marketing. She has a true passion for helping marketing campaigns come to light! Monica has landed numerous Regional and National campaigns during her career and continues to provide a fresh, relatable face to the screen. Monica is a chameleon with her look, and a multi-faceted model and actress. She has abilities to model in catalog, fashion & beauty ads but also provide more lifestyle and professional looks. Voice-Over work, Teleprompter and Hand modeling projects are also her favorites. Monica is the true definition of versatility.

Monica is married to her husband Lenny and has two teenagers, who often model and act with her! Monica was also a D1 college volleyball player, Hall of Famer, in fact. She has been lending her talents to coach youth volleyball in the DMV area. She is a personal volleyball trainer and travel coach in her spare time. Any chance Monica can provide her athletic skills on the screen, is always a plus to directors! She’s an athlete through and through, and can portray a broad range of roles.
